Tends machine that attaches snells (leaders) to fishhooks:
Threads snell from spool through guieds to machine chuck. Starts
machine and inserts hook between chcuk jaws. Depresses pedal to
actuate chuck that spins and wraps snell around hook shank, and
cuts snell to predetermined length. Removes snelled hook from
machine, threads snell through eye of hook, and ties overhand
loop knot in end to fcailitate attaching to fishing line. May
attach snelled hooks to dsiplay cards. May tie second hook abvoe
first to make special baiting hookup.
